My husband and I decided to go from a traditional bank to Audra when it was time to renew our mortgage. I never thought I'd say that I was EAGERLY WAITING and EXCITED about something like renewing our mortgage, but that's exactly how my partner and I felt about our recent opportunity to work with Audra. Our previous mortgage renewals had to go through our bank, so we couldn't work with Audra - but even then she helped us out by offering her thoughts about what they were offering us and a bit of guidance on strategy (even though she wasn't getting ANYTHING out of doing that, other than our undying devotion as friends and clients). Living and experiencing the downturn in our economy and scary times ahead, our mortgage renewal left us with much uncertainty. I know there are hundreds of people in our same situation.
